Golden Thread Honey

Honey made naturally and proudly on our acreage

Dive into the story behind our homemade honey, where the sweetness goes beyond taste. Here at our family acreage, we believe in stewarding the land and our buzzing friends with the utmost care and respect. Our honey isn't just a product; it's a labor of love and a commitment to sustainability. We prioritize the health and well-being of our bees, providing them with ample forage, clean water sources, and natural habitats to thrive in. Through careful hive management and minimal intervention practices, we ensure that our bees are strong and healthy, resulting in vibrant and flavorful honey. Our land is treated as a sanctuary, free from harmful pesticides and chemicals, allowing the natural ecosystem to flourish. By supporting our honey, you're not only indulging in a delicious treat but also contributing to the preservation of our environment. It's a taste of pure, wholesome goodness straight from our heart to yours.

Our bees diligently pollinate a variety of flowers, including dandelions, clover, lilac, Luca Street, goldenrod, milkweed, and white clover. These diverse blossoms contribute to the rich and multifaceted flavor of our honey, each type adding its unique essence to the final product.

Our Flowers

The honey is produced by Italian bees and Carniolan bees. Italian bees are known for their gentle nature and prolific honey production, while Carniolan bees are celebrated for their hardiness and efficiency in foraging. Together, these bees create a harmonious and productive environment, ensuring a bountiful harvest of high-quality honey.

Our Bees

Our honey stands out for its exceptional quality, characterized by its rich, multifaceted flavors and pure, natural origins. Harvested from registered hives where bees pollinate a diverse array of flowers, our honey is meticulously crafted to retain its raw essence, free from additives or processing.
